Because many of our products are made to order or created specifically for each purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selections made at checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
While we take great care in preparing each order, issues can occasionally happen during production or shipping.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order does not arrive or appears to be lost during transit, please reach out to us and we will help look into the issue.
Please note that khalo. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, customs delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders begin processing after purchase so we can prepare them as quickly as possible.
If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your payment provider to process the refund.
